Schedule Flexibility – We do our best to keep to schedule, but times may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unexpected delays.
Weather Conditions – Expect cold, misty conditions near the Falls. Waterproof layers strongly recommended for comfort, especially at Table Rock and Journey Behind the Falls.
Warm Winter Clothing – Winter boots with good grip, warm layers, waterproof jacket, gloves (bring a spare pair—one may get wet at Journey Behind the Falls), and a hat.
Walking Requirements – Moderate walking required with short walks between attractions and stairs at some locations. Not wheelchair accessible due to winter conditions and terrain.
E-Tickets Accepted – Show your mobile voucher to the guide at boarding.

Complimentary pick up is offered from any hotel, motel, B&B, Airbnb, or other accommodation anywhere in the tourist area of Niagara Falls, or meet at Skylon Tower, 5200 Robinson St, Niagara Falls, ON L2G 2A2, Canada. Pick up time will be confirmed 1-2 days prior to the tour date via email or phone. If you do not have access to these, please be ready 15 minutes prior to tour start time in the hotel lobby. *Please note due to border delays pick-up is not provided from the American side of Niagara Falls. Guests are welcome to join our tour but must find their way across the border to the Brock Hotel 5685 Falls Ave, Niagara Falls where we can pick you up. It's an easy walk across the Rainbow Bridge into Canada.
